It’s been two months that the Nepal is also bearing lockdown. Putting away the lot of anxieties related to the professional and modern life of fake rivalries, people are being isolated only due to the scare of virus transition which may lead to the bereavement.
People being at home are accepting an unexpected gift i.e. the valuable time to spend with family members. At the same time, more than eight hundred eighty people are infected, four Nepalese have breathed for the last time in Nepal and more than one hundred seventeen death tolls in the foreign countries by wide spreading Corona Virus. Many migrant employees are also infected.
They are passing the days with hunger and psychological fear in the foreign land. Many foreign employees are keen to come Nepal; their motherland and spend time with their intimates but it’s not being possible because borders are closed and international flights are also deferred. Not only to these government’s policy is also not clear to return migrant employees though the government is asserting that, it is trying to make it easy due to which they can be returned with high preparedness of virus transmission.
By using the Indo-Nepal’s open boarder, a large crowd of people specially of Sudur Paschim Province and Karnali province is returning back to Nepal from India using Gauriphanta boarder. They have lost their jobs and struggled for the hope of life with a lot thunder of hungers and cruel human behaviors.

They don’t know whether they are infected by the virus or not because they are no tested. And yes, if they are infected too, they want to die in their motherland. The condition is very much panic. It’s their right too to return back to their native land but the coordination of federal, Provincial and local government is not clear to return back them and make them quarantined and isolated.
A mass of foreign employees is returning back without any test which should have to be done at boarder like thermal screening, Rapid Diagnostic Test (RTD) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) even their temperature is also not checked at boarder. Without any kind of test, they are being sent to their local levels.

As the virus is transmitted by close contact, it is sure that maximum number of returning foreign employees are infected by the virus.
They are being sent to their municipalities and rural municipalities without proper management of quarantines. And yes, somewhere quarantines are made only for the shake. There is no proper management of food stuffs, sanitizers, regular heath checkup system etc. which shows that, it will create high loss of human resource in very short time. Innocent villagers of Sudur Paschim Province and Karnali province will have to die because of rapid spread of virus. The natural flora and fauna of city area is going to be destroyed soon. Same the way, the management of decayed body for the government also will be very much challenging. Countries having high economic standards and well infrastructure of developments are bowing down with the virus then what we have? Neither the adequate test kits nor the manpower.
Government should have to make crystal clear policy to return the foreign employees. The proper management of quarantine with adequate supply of food stuff, regular health checkup, management of physical distance has to be done first. Then, they should be returned with thermal screening, RTD and PCR test.

Any action should not have to be taken lightly as it is happening currently.
